St Francis Credit Union Announces Social & Cultural Support to Bushy Park

St Francis Credit Union is delighted to support Bushy Park Addiction Treatment Centre (Clarecare). St Francis Credit Union will donate €4,000 to Bushy Park to support the Family Recreational Space.

St Francis Credit Union has embarked on the sponsorship as part of its Social & Cultural Funding for 2020.

Speaking about the Support, Louis Fay, CEO St Francis Credit Union said “St Francis Credit Union & Bushy Park (Clarecare) is a perfect fit as both organisations are not for profit where we support the community. Bushy Park is highly regarded organisation which we know our members are happy to support. We are very much looking forward to seeing the completed works in the coming months where our funding will support many families availing of Bushy Park Services.

Margaret Nash, Manager Bushy Park Addiction Treatment Centre also commented “We are delighted with this support from St Francis Credit Union. Their ethos of social responsibility and community development is very much in line with our own core ethos here at Bushy Park. We are very happy to work together with the credit union as there support in raising much needed funds was appreciated by all”

Bushy Park Addiction Treatment Centre was founded in 1991 by CLARECARE which is a non-profit organisation managed by a voluntary board of directors.

Bushy Park Treatment Centre is a 13-bed residential treatment centre located on 17 acres of parkland, 3 miles outside Ennis Town.  The centre offers a 28-day residential programme for people addicted to alcohol, drugs, gambling based on the 12 step philosophy/Minnesota Model of treatment. They also provide a range of community-based services for clients and family members.
